POTTREE HILL RETURNS POLICY
Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
The consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
You are entitled to return a product if you believe that there is a problem. You are generally responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. You are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from the business if the product is confirmed to have a problem, so keep your receipts.
My pottery is unique and each piece is individually handmade so a replacement would have to be as close as or of equal value.
No commission replacements can be done. I would be happy for a photo of item purchased if it was found broken in transit/postage/courier. Please email a photo of the damaged goods and the damaged packaging to pottreehill221@gmail.com.
If the customer and I agree on any damage, I have the choice of supplying replacement pottery or a refund.
